FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we get the fabric in a sustainable version?

Usually, yes!
All of our suppliers are committed to working towards a more sustainable future.
Once you’ve selected a fabric, we’ll review and share the relevant certifications, or discuss any potential adjustments to the yarns if needed.

Does your suppliers work with stock service?

Most of our suppliers do not offer stock service, with a few exceptions. Normally, orders must meet the minimum quantity requirements.
Usually, suppliers may have a few leftover meters available for sampling, but this cannot be guaranteed. One of our suppliers, MTP Pierozzi — offers stock service.

Can you do fabric sourcing for our brand?

Yes! If you don’t have time to source fabrics yourself, you can simply send us pictures or fabric swatches for inspiration, and we’ll handle the sourcing for you through our suppliers.
You’ll receive the fabric samples at your office within a week.

Do you charge your clients for the work you do?

No, we’re not!
We are employed by the suppliers, and our role is to support them by handling sales of their collections and reducing the need for them to travel frequently to Scandinavia.

What minimums are most common?

This depends from each supplier.
Most general minimum is around 50 mts (+/-) for sampling and 300 mts (+/-) for bulk.

We want to do developments, can you help us?

YES! We LOVE developments — and so do our suppliers.
So of course, we’ll be happy to help you!

Can I come to your showroom to source fabrics?

Of course!
In addition to our fairs, you’re always welcome to book an appointment at our office to source fabrics for your collection.

Why can I not order under minimum?

This is due to practical reasons on the suppliers’ side.
All fabrics are produced on looms that are programmed for a specific number of meters, and they cannot produce less than the set amount.
