In 2021, Kikki’s daughter Tara became the fourth generation of the Boman family to join the company.
She began her journey as a Back Office Administrator for our suppliers in Prato, working closely with Chiara Antonelli at Atlantica Vannini.

In early 2023, Tara relocated to Prato to work directly at the Atlantica office, deepening her understanding of the local textile industry and supplier network. She spent two intensive months on-site, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

At the beginning of 2025, it was decided that Tara would once again move to Prato — this time on a more permanent basis — to take full responsibility for managing all supplier relations in the region.
